Prior to the formation of Stevens Strategy, John Stevens, as a senior member of another firm, provided the design and facilitation of a 5-phased strategic planning process to this HBCU, Jackson State University, which included the creation and facilitation of a state-wide Blue Ribbon Commission responsible for working with the state legislature to promote the university's strategic plan.
